WolfsburgTuning.com provides Free Same Day shipping on most items if placed by 4:00pm EST (applies only in the Contiguous US). If you need your items sooner, you are able to upgrade shipping at checkout. Shipping charges may vary depending on the weight of your order, zip code, and how quickly you need your order. The customer is responsible for fitment verification before ordering.
WolfsburgTuning.com is not responsible for orders being held for products not in stock at time of purchase. The customer is responsible for verifying the item(s) are in stock before ordering. Free Shipping or discounted shipping promotions are exclusive to continental U.S. and limit to a dimensional size or weight. WolfsburgTuning.com reserves the right to revoke or deny free or discounted shipping to any order. WolfsburgTuning.com may remove the free or discounted shipping offer at any given time prior and post to order placement.
All purchases of physical items from WolfsburgTuning.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have not received your package, please contact the carrier using the tracking number given by WolfsburgTuning.com We recommend to get shipping insurance in which you are able to request at checkout.
WolfsburgTuning.com will not offer an option to choose a preferred carrier and reserves the right to ship your order using an alternate shipping method. Please be aware we are obligated, by contract, to ship certain items using certain methods in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.
For International orders, you may be charged with duties (taxes) on your order. Your local customs agency will handle that and charge you in accordance with your local laws. WolfsburgTuning.com does not have control over duties (taxes) that may be charged after shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand these taxes when ordering. For more information, contact your local customs department. WolfsburgTuning.com is allowed to make certain accommodations for our international customers. Please be aware you, as the customer, are accepting liability if the package and/or items are lost or damaged in transit. International shipments that are not delivered or collected by the customer will be abandoned. No reshipment will be made and no refunds will be given.
WolfsburgTuning.com strives to provide incomparable customer service. We accept returns on unused, unopened, unmodified products within 30 days of package delivery date. The customer is eligible for a refund to the original payment method if the return is made within 30 days. All returns MUST be returned in the original box with the original packing material, packing slip, etc. Wolfsburg Tuning is not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged during transit.
A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returned items. Returns without a WolfsburgTuning.com return shipping label and/or RMA number will NOT, under any circumstances, be accepted nor will it be processed. The customer assumes the shipping fees. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Starting the Return Process
To request a Return, sign in to your account. Once logged in go to the “My Returns” tab on the left menu bar. The customer assumes shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee of the returned item(s). Shipping costs and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
How long do I have to return my item(s)?
All returns MUST be received within 14 days (US orders) and 21 days (International Orders) from the day WolfsburgTuning.com was first notified. Any items received after the time frame may not be eligible for a full refund.
For exchanges that are a customer error, the customer will assume shipping fees. For exchanges that are a WolfsburgTuning.com error, we will waive the shipping costs.
Missing or Damaged Items
Open all packages immediately to confirm no items are damaged and/or missing. If items are missing and/or damaged please log in to your account and open a return. Make sure to upload any photos to help process the request in a timely manner.
Products that we do not keep in stock are referred to as “Special Ordered”. These products are non-refundable/non-returnable. Special order items will require full non-refundable payment before the order is placed. If the order does not ship due to customer cancellation or is refused at the time of delivery it will not be refundable.
Solenoids are non-refundable upon installing. If you purchase solenoids and they do not fix the original issue you may choose to use the solenoid credit to purchase a valve body. Gasket sets are also non-refundable upon opening. Please check the set before opening and contact us for any questions regarding the set.
Valve Body Core Returns
You must use the provided label to return the core. You must return within 10 business days of receipt in order to receive your core charge refund. The warranty will be void and the refund will not be issued if we do not receive the core within 10 days. In the event that you are located outside of the U.S. you are responsible for return shipment.
Please make sure all fluid has drained out of the core. We prefer for it to be wrapped in some type of plastic before placing it in the box.
After 30 days, deposits are nonrefundable.
