  • Shipping & Delivery

    Quality will not be sacrificed for convenience while shopping on our online store. We commit to same day shipping. For our out of country shoppers, we offer International Priority, DHL,or FedEx shipping. The fee will vary depending on how soon you want your order to arrive. Once you order is complete, we will email you the shipping fee amount.

  • Privacy & Security

    Your information is protected by a Secure Sockets Layer. SSL is a protocol allowing safe transmission of private information over the Internet. SSL uses a cryptographic system that uses two keys to encrypt data: a public key known to everyone, and a private key known only to the message recipient. All modern browsers support SSL, and many websites use the protocol to obtain confidential user information like credit card data.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Wolfsburg Tuning strives to provide incomparable customer service. We accept returns on unused products within 30 days after your order has been shipped. The customer is eligible for a refund to the original payment method if the return is made within 30 days. The product must be returned in the original box with the original packing material and packing slip. Please email us at info@wolfburgtuning.com to receive the Returned Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number to write on the outside of your box. Without the RMA number, we will not accept the return. A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returned items. The customer assumes the shipping fee sent to WT and WT assumes the shipping fee back to the customer. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

  • Warranty

    Wolfsburg Tuning offers a one year warranty on all of our products except on brakes components (brake pads, rotors, etc), clutch components (flywheels, pressure plates, etc), and electrical components (sensors, switches, bulbs, etc). Like returns, items that are warrantied, the product must be returned in the original box with the original packing material and packing slip. Please email us at warranty@wolfburgtuning.com to receive the Returned Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number to write on the outside of your box. Without the RMA number, we will not accept the return. With the warranty, the customer purchases a new part, and is given store credit. No refund is returned. The original part is tested to determine if it is defective. The customer assumes the shipping fee sent to WT and WT assumes the shipping fee back to the customer. If a warrantied item is tested and is found in perfect working condition, the item will be returned to the customer who assumes the shipping fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
